About Us
The NZ Homes story dates back to 1996 when we – Dwayne and Shane – crossed paths while doing our building apprenticeships at the same building company. We completed our apprenticeships to become fully qualified builders.
Little did we know that we would become business partners some years later and launch NZ Homes Ltd. We recognised a gap in the new build housing market that needed to be filled – one where a home owner could deal directly with the owners of a building company who are also qualified builders and NOT SALESPEOPLE.
The differences do not stop there. Their unique “home plan advantage” system helps ensure you as the new home owner keeps control of the process. NZ Homes Ltd remain “unbeaten” on price when pricing new home builds, compared with rival building companies. This, while continuing to be focussed on an enjoyable, even fun, home building experience. To date we have many satisfied new home owners, a strong and supportive network of likeminded and qualified trade contractors and a growing reputation and confidence that the NZ Homes approach to business deliver’s a greater result!!
