As a client of NZ homes, you will deal direct with the owners of the business. Shane and Dwayne have a combined 45 years in the trade. Both are, and continue to be hands on with all projects. To kick start your new project you will be introduced to one of NZ Homes architect partners, or you can use your own – we are flexible in this approach. Importantly, regardless of which architect you use, your new plans remain YOURS. This is compared to rival companies who retain ownership of the plans and prevent you from taking them to other companies for a price comparison. We encourage you to fully assess the market for pricing, after all it is always changing. We are able to offer this unique service because we are confident we won’t be beaten on price.
From the initial discussion right through to handover, it is important that you realise YOU are in control, this is YOUR home.

NZ Homes will also guarantee a completion date for all new home builds. Last but not least, we also offer a new service where we are able to take out a 10 year insurance cover policy for your new home should any unforeseen circumstance arise. How's that for peace of mind?!
